Maria Antoniou

Maria Antoniou, Managing Director of Prothos, has been coaching for the last 20 years. Prior to setting up her consultancy, Maria was the Head of Learning & Development at a leading global law firm and has experience of coaching individuals at all levels of the legal services career path.

Maria is passionate about enabling her clients to become the best that they can be. She brings a pragmatic and commercial approach to her work. She gets straight to the heart of the challenge and helps her clients to find practical and creative solutions by:

• listening to what is not said as well as what is said, with her observations to the client often resulting in Eureka moments of self-awareness; and
• working in the 'here and now' but, where appropriate, taking her clients back to the past where blocks originated to help them move forward.
