Mila Trezza

Mila has 25 years of international experience as a lawyer, including 10 years as regional General Counsel for the oil and gas major Eni. In this role, she led, recruited, coached, and developed high-performing legal teams in Europe and Oceania, while serving as a Director of over 30 companies within the Eni Group. In early 2022, Mila launched the award-winning ‘Coaching Lawyers by Mila Trezza’ to support lawyers in developing the skills needed to succeed, enhance their confidence, gain real insights, and advance in their careers. Mila’s clients currently operate in over 12 countries and include Silver Circle and Am Law 100 law firms, professional bodies, and global corporations.
